* Create issue_handler.yml

* No longer re-export `embedded-hal`, hide exported macros in documentation

* Add simple package-level documentation for each HAL package

* Clean up/simplify re-exports

* Fix the examples that I broke

* Ensure top-level modules/types/functions have doc comments

* Update CHANGELOG

* Re-export the `soc::psram` module where available

esp32c2-hal

no_std HAL for the ESP32-C2 from Espressif. Implements a number of the traits defined by embedded-hal.

This device uses the RISC-V ISA, which is officially supported by the Rust compiler via the riscv32imc-unknown-none-elf target. Refer to the Getting Started section below for more information.

Installing the Rust Compiler Target

The compilation target for this device is officially supported via the stable release channel and can be installed via rustup:

$ rustup target add riscv32imc-unknown-none-elf
